Linmara is a lovely, homely 3-bedroom cottage which sleeps up to 6 people.  It has gas central heating, open fire, sunny front paved garden and a secluded back garden.  

The ground floor of the cottage comprises vestibule, hall, bathroom, master bedroom (with king size bed), en-suite shower room, single bedroom with adult bunk beds, kitchen (dishwasher, washer/dryer, docking station and mod cons) dining area and lounge (open fire, TV and with built in DVD player).  The kitchen, dining and lounge are 'open plan', ensuring a sociable atmosphere.  Patio doors from the kitchen open to a mature suntrap garden, which has a paved area with table and chairs.  The charming back garden is fully enclosed so great for kids.   A full sized BBQ is also on offer.  Outdoor drying facilities are provided.

Upstairs, a large bedroom offers views towards Elie Golf course and has 3 single beds.  A travel cot is available on request. 

Included in your stay are logs & coal, heating, linen and towels.  A high chair is available on request.  Guests have complimentary use of two bikes (small adult/teenager size), hamper, golf umbrella, beach chairs, board games, books and DVDs. The master bedroom has an alarm clock with i-pod player and charger.
